"At the end-of-year summary in 2023, the General Manager outlined three key capacity building initiatives for 2024:

　　③ Optimization of various processes. To enhance the delivery efficiency of Finetooling

　　Technology's intelligent equipment and improve the precision of machining quality, the plan for the first quarter includes the acquisition of a brand-new CNC machining system. Following extensive research and feasibility analysis by the team, the chosen equipment is Beijing Jingdiao's JDLVM600E_A10H, equipped with 16 spindles, aimed at boosting the delivery capability of intelligent equipment for components such as needle plates, needle carrier boards, and dummy connectors."

　　On the one hand, the addition of this equipment can better ensure the accuracy of the test needle, on the other hand, it also improves the machining capacity. In the future, the company can meet more orders, and can also process some aluminum parts by itself, reduce outgoing, shorten delivery time, so as to better meet customer needs.

　　The new equipment took three months from survey to delivery and arrived at the company on April 17, 2024. In order to ensure the smooth installation and use of the new equipment, the core leadership of Finetooling, including Bob Ding, the operation manager, Gabari Zhou, the head of the business department, and Yu Wang, the director of the manufacturing department, visited the workshop to participate in and guide the installation work throughout the process.
