Based on the embedded DAQ solution of Finetooling technology, machine can sort the products according the sensitivity, current and other parameters in several hundred of milliseconds. The system is equipped with 24BIT AI/AO module, and through internal clock synchronization, the tested object is tested quickly after it reaches the test position.

Considering that some customers need access to MES and other requirements, we also provide the "PC+" architecture, using FTStudio to control all actions and tests. FTStudio integrates permission management. General users can just use the function, only administrators can view and modify the source code.

All test items of FTStudio are stored locally, and SPC statistics and mean range analysis can be carried out by using analysis tools. In addition, considering the different MES database interfaces requirements, this part of the function supports flexible extension.
