In July 2022, Guangdong Survey Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association and Guangdong Metrology and Testing Association issued the "Notice on Awarding the 2022 Guangdong Survey Control and Instrumentation Science and Technology Award", in which,  Finetooling Technology (Guangzhou) Co.,Ltd. completed "FIDAS field data acquisition system Research and development and application promotion", "FT 8000 series multi-channel USB data acquisition card Research and development and industrialization" 2 project scientific and technological achievements won the Guangdong Province instrument Science and Technology Award third prize.

The project "Research and Development and Application Promotion of FIDAS Field Data Acquisition System" aims at the shortcomings of the industrial field data acquisition system such as portability, universality and real-time acquisition, and carries out research on the key technologies of the field data acquisition system with strong real-time performance and unified protocol. Developed a data acquisition system based on Linux+FPGA to realize stable and continuous field data acquisition, offline data recording and real-time online data synchronization upload; The real-time communication method and technology of fieldbus FIDAS are developed to realize real-time acquisition of field data and real-time communication of multi-system synchronization. Integrated research and development of FIDAS field data acquisition system, to achieve stable operation of FIDAS field data acquisition system under complex environment, reduce the cost of data acquisition system. The system has the characteristics of good portability, universality and real-time collection. 3 pieces of software copyright have been registered and the system has independent intellectual property rights. Products related to the project have passed the third-party test and met the relevant requirements. The product has been used by users and has good economic, social and ecological benefits. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the project results are innovative and have reached the domestic advanced level in the field data real-time acquisition system technology and integrated application, and agreed to pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.

"Development and Industrialization of FT 8000 Series Multi-channel USB Data acquisition Card" According to the current trend that multi-channel USB data acquisition card is closely combined with PC terminal to become a data acquisition system, carries out the research on the key technologies of multi-channel and high sampling rate USB data acquisition card, and breaks through the design technology of multi-channel USB data acquisition hardware circuit based on FPGA. Realize high-speed synchronous data acquisition under 16-channel single-terminal and 8-channel difference; The host computer software and communication software platform based on multi-protocol compatibility are developed to effectively realize the collaborative control of data acquisition system. Developed FT 8000 series multi-channel USB data acquisition card system, and carried out integration and industrial application. The project products are portable, convenient, versatile, flexible and so on. The project has applied for 1 invention patent, obtained 1 software copyright registration, and has independent intellectual property rights. The relevant parameters of the project products have passed the third-party test and met the relevant requirements. The product has been used by users and has good economic, social and ecological benefits. The appraisal committee agreed that the project results were innovative and reached the domestic advanced level in the application of USB multi-channel and high sampling rate data acquisition method, and agreed to pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.
