Scheme architecture:
There are a total of 24 whole machine aging tests in the aging furnace, and each product corresponds to a control interface board. This interface board comes with 2 channels of 24 bit ADC and MCU, which can independently monitor the real-time current of the product's power supply signal interface. Once any abnormalities are found, the power supply circuit of the current product can be quickly and directly cut off.
Each product has an independent load board, which can control the connection and disconnection between the load and the product through the upper computer.
During the aging process, the maximum current of the product under full load can reach 20A, and each product is powered by an independent switch power supply.
The interface board and load board are connected to the computer using RS485 bus, which can timely feedback the current situation of the product to the upper computer, allowing the upper computer to obtain the aging test status in a timely manner.
Equipment architecture:
The aging furnace is an integrated 4-zone structure with four independent doors. Each temperature zone contains 6 products, and a total of 24 products can be tested.
Current collection scheme:
In product aging testing, there are current measurements ranging from high to ten amperes or above and low to milliampere levels. It is generally difficult to meet the requirements of a normal multimeter current range. Our aging current measurement plan: high current is measured using Hall sensors, and low current is achieved using customized electrical circuits. Fang Tong's own instrument development team has rich experience in multimeter development, and designs a circuit to quickly switch gears and ranges according to the current size, Collaborate with self-developed AD FT8310 module to achieve a current acquisition system that meets the needs of aging testing.
The FT8310 module is a high-precision AD adoption module developed by Fang Tong, which can achieve high progress voltage adoption and ensure the accuracy of current measurement.
Fixture scheme
The aging test cannot directly use the testing needle because the product has already been installed as a whole. If the car connector is manually inserted and removed, efficiency and quality cannot be guaranteed, so Dummy Connector technology is used to directly connect the product connector. The Dummy Connector comes with a certain float, which can automatically correct the position without damaging the product, and can eliminate installation errors in the product socket.
