The equipment is designed for automatic dispensing RTV Glue on capacitor, then baking in tunnel furnace, and finally cooling output. The machine is flexible to set critical parameters such as chain speed, dispensing amount, baking time to support different capacitor and glue.

Challenge: The project uses RTV glue. Due to this type of glue is high viscosity and poor fluidity, it is easy to produce bubbles and easy to draw burr which will lead to unqualified sealing effect or glue quantity control.

The dispensing valve and its driving mechanism are specially designed to effectively avoid bubbles.

The target is to keep the glue amount stable at 0.145±0.02. Since the high-precision timing and precise valve mechanism, and the actual weight control CPK>4.0.
