With the increase of labor cost, IN-LINE Solution has become a mainstream choice. Comparing to the Robotic tester line, the IN-LINE tester has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency. Since IN-LINE Solution has BY_PASS function, and normally include buffer station for each test station, it will almost avoid the tester waiting PCBA loading/unloading time. Especially to those complicated function test stations, test instruments cost is > 50% in tester BOM. The loading/unloading efficiency loss is an important waste. Our IN-LINE solution will help customer to avoid such kind of efficiency loss.

Our recommended IN-LINE Solution, the system will include below 3 parts: DUT (Device Under Testing) Loading/Unloading structure; Test Fixtures(Top and Bottom) and the DUT Tray return path.

FTStudio is recommended for those IN-LINE system. Since we have open-source for the fixture interface and motion control, with the FTStudio customer will be very easy to handle ECN or adding new test fixtures.
