The automatic emergency braking system (AEB) monitors the distance and relative speed between the vehicle and the target in front through the medium-range radar. When the driver braking is too late, the braking force is too small or there is no response at all, the AEB system will take corresponding actions to assist the driver to avoid collision or reduce collision injury.

AEB radar threshold and its monitoring Angle, as the key parameters of the safety system have to be fully tested and calibrated before delivery. This system simulates multiple distance and Angle obstacles and can quickly complete AEB calibration and test. This system only requires the vehicle to pull into test the vehicle platform, and the system will automatically complete the vehicle alignment, and then conduct relevant testing and calibration. According to different configuration requirements, the productivity output of a single system can reach 6-20 UPH.
